ABOUT
Kirsten Morgan was a law enforcement officer with over 12 years of service in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD), where she was a member of the CMPD SWAT Team.
After becoming a mother, she made the difficult decision to step away from law enforcement in order to be more present for her family, while continuing to pursue her passion for training and preparedness.
She remains a certified North Carolina Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor and certified NC Concealed Carry Instructor and has trained recruits, police officers, tactical officers, and civilians for many years.
VISION
Kirsten’s training is rooted in real-world experience and designed for real-life threats. Her approach goes beyond paper targets at the range — it builds a defensive mindset, sharpens situational awareness, and prepares you for the unexpected.
The goal is simple: to give you the knowledge, confidence, and competence to protect yourself and others, even in the most challenging situations.
